We are seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Community Lead with experience in crypto projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, including copywriters, designers, and motion designers, to produce compelling visual and written content.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and proactively engage with the community.
• Analyze social media metrics and user feedback to optimize content performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, incorporating new strategies to maximize results.
• Coordinate social media campaigns and promotions to support company initiatives and product launches.

Work Experience:

• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in SMM.
• Background in Web3 and Crypto.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher, as English is necessary for work and tasks.
• Effective Writing: proficiency in clear and concise writing.
• Project management skills: task planning and briefing.
