SMM & Community Manager (Discord) in Firetics

We are looking for a SMM & Community Manager to take on community development and server scaling in Discord.

Responsibilities:

• Management and development of the Discord community
• Creation and implementation of content and events: announcements, interactive formats, rubrics
• Planning and launch of the event calendar
• Analysis of the effectiveness of activities and generation ideas for increasing engagement
• Search and basic management of moderators on the server
• Tracking trends in iGaming / Gambling and quickly adapting content to them
• Cooperation with marketing, community managers and designers to implement the strategy

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in SMM and/or community management
• Confident working skills with Deep understanding of building principles living community, not just growing followers
• Understanding visual style and content that really engages the audience
• Experience in organizing events and activities for users
• English language - Upper-Intermediate and above (written communication)
