We are looking for a SMM & Communication Manager to join the Kiss My Apps team, who knows how and loves to generate ideas, create modern, stylish and effective content for the company's corporate pages .
Kiss My Apps is a Ukrainian startup studio specializing in the development of mobile first products. Over the last year, the total MRR of the products included in Kiss My Apps has increased 5 times, our products now attract 1.5M new users every month, and the total audience is already more than 30M users.
In our portfolio there are more than 30 applications of different categories: Astrology, Utilities, Lifestyle, Health & Fitness, and others.

Professional knowledge and skills:
✔️ Work experience in IT SMM from 1 year, experience in communications will be a plus.
✔️ Ability to write easy, clear texts, scripts for Reels, trigger titles, storytelling (copywriting).
✔️ The ability to set clear and understandable technical specifications for the designer and installer.
✔️ Basic understanding of the Facebook advertising cabinet and launching campaigns, launching ads on Instagram via the Promote button.
✔️ Knowledge of Instagram work algorithms , tracking trends.
✔️ Systematic and a high level of self-organization and planning.
✔️ Collecting additional information for content from colleagues and departments, the ability to find a common language and formulate your request.
✔️ < /b>The ability to set up autofunnels and chat bots will be a plus.
Functional duties:
✔️ Development and implementation of an Instagram promotion strategy (promotion, collaborations, content plan).
✔️ Development and implementation of a content plan (posts, stories, reels) for the company's Instagram (Facebook and LinkedIn cross-posting) and YouTube: generation of ideas, collection of material, creation of TK for the designer and editor - Analysis of the market, competitors, trends.
✔️ Close communication and cooperation with PR, HR, Recruitment department.

Kiss My Apps is part of Netpeak Group. Currently, about 20% of the Netpeak Group team is involved in various initiatives to counter Russian propaganda. Some of them are in cooperation with partners, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and cyber police. There are several areas of volunteer projects in which we participate: content creation, advertising in social networks, promotion of Ukrainian products, humanitarian aid. The team of the NGO "My City", which is part of the Netpeak Group, together with volunteers, is currently engaged in ensuring the livelihood of animal shelters, and also helps with the purchase of necessary items for some units of the Armed Forces.
