SMM assistant in The Right to Protection, CF

BF "Right to Protection" (Foundation) is a charitable foundation operating in partnership with HIAS, a global organization providing assistance to refugees. The Foundation focuses on providing assistance to internally displaced persons, persons in need of international protection, stateless persons, persons at increased risk of statelessness and persons without documents. The Foundation is an executive partner of the UNHCR and implements direct legal aid programs throughout Ukraine, and also promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights. BF "Right to Protection" is looking for a candidate for the position of SMM assistant ResponsibilitiesIn coordination with the SMM manager and the Head of the RI Department, in cooperation with the communication managers and specialists of the Fund, the SMM assistant will be responsible for: Communication activities for the promotion and placement of information about the Right to Defense Fund on the pages on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Linkedin; Collection and processing of information for the creation of content; Control of the fulfillment of requirements and plans of projects, partners, donors regarding activity in social networks; Control of the implementation of communication and other policies of the Foundation; Creation of content plans and materials: videos, photos , visuals, texts for social networks; Setting up paid campaigns, monitoring indicators and reporting through Ads Manager. Requirements: Experience working with social networks Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Linkedin, as well as with Ads Manager from 2 years; Understanding of trends, algorithms and settings of social networks ,Graduated higher education, preferably in the field of journalism, marketing or psychology;Cultural sensitivity and diplomacy, tolerance;High level of communication and time management skills at a high level;Knowledge of PR tools and social network development;High level of writing skills, content creation using CANVA, Figma, Photoshop, InShot, VN and others; Familiarity with humanitarian topics such as rights protection, displacement, education, mental health support, etc.; Fluent Ukrainian language and a high level of knowledge of English; Creativity, proactivity, stress resistance.
