The Charity Foundation "Unity and Strength" is looking for an SMM manager/editor for the foundation's communication team.

The foundation is constantly creating a large amount of content: videos, photos, materials from events, people's stories, updates from projects and field work.
The task of this role is to quickly and correctly transform these materials into ready-made publications for social networks.

The job has operational, rhythmic character, where there is room for creativity and initiative, but does not include the creation of strategies.

Main tasks

• Video editing for social networks (Reels, etc.) in InShot / CapCut / VN

• Preparation of texts for publications based on the information provided
  (live, correct language, taking into account context)

• Creating covers, carousels and simple visuals in Canva or Figma

• Coordinating materials with the communications manager

• Publishing finished content on Instagram, Telegram and Facebook

The work involves a stable flow of tasks throughout the day: preparation of several publications for different platforms, as well as stories and reposts.

We work with the topics of war, loss, evacuation, support of civilians and vulnerable groups. Therefore, it is important to:

• feel the line between informing and excessive emotionality

• correctly work with personal stories

• understand that not every content can be presented in the same way

Work format

• Work in the office (not remotely), further - a hybrid format is possible work.

• Office in the city center

• Secure premises with alternative power supply and stable internet

We would like a person who:

• Confidently handles editors on the phone/laptop

• Has critical thinking and is not afraid to work with different weekends material

• Writes competently in Ukrainian

• Can work in a rhythm without loss of quality

• Responsible for sensitive content

• Works comfortably in a team

Payment:

• the first month is a trial period, which will be paid according to experience.

• from UAH 20,000 for a specialist who has a basic or intermediate level and is ready to grow in a team.

• up to UAH 40,000 for an experienced specialist who works autonomously and confidently keeps the pace.

What is important here is not perfection, but attentiveness, responsibility and the desire to do one's part of the job well. We are open to specialists with experience, and up to the first year of work after courses or self-study - if the skills are already certain.
