SMM in Getmancar / GETMANGLOBAL, TOV

Getmancar is the largest car sharing company in Ukraine, which provides minute-by-minute car rental services through a mobile application and traditional car rental. The service works in Kyiv, Dnipro and Lviv, and in 6 countries around the world, helping thousands of users to move around the city quickly, conveniently and profitably every day.

We are looking for a SMM team who creates dynamic, bright and trendy content about cars, car sharing and mobility style.

What to do

• Development of SMM strategy for social networks for different markets (Ukraine, Georgia, Cyprus).
• Formation of content plans for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook according to information drives, seasonality and business goals.
• Maintaining LinkedIn and Threads, cross-posting videos on YouTube Shorts.
• Writing texts for posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads).
• Writing scripts and shooting videos for social networks(independently/together with a video maker/agency).
• Creating visuals (Canva, Figma) for stories and prepare technical specifications for the designer for banners.
• Search for influencers for cooperation: analysis of their reach, audience and relevance, formation of a database with terms of cooperation, communication regarding integrations, preparation of technical specifications (texts, promotional codes, links, brand book, control of content output and recording of results.
• Management of activity in social networks: responses to comments and messages, conducting Threads and LinkedIn (posts, comments, reactions, communication), mentions and tags.
• Formation of reports: weekly and monthly dashboards, analysis of reach, engagement, audience growth. Participation in weekly and monthly planning. TK for a designer, video preparation and writing texts.
• Filming and coordination of video content for TikTok — organic and targeting.
• Coordinating videos on the target with a target expert for TikTok Ads.
• Look for SMM news and formats.
• Analysis and constant monitoring of trends and activity of competitors in social networks.
• Participation in brainstorms and development of communication campaigns

 What is needed

• Experience in the position of SMM / Marketing from 1 year
• Clean and rich Ukrainian language
• Basic skills in using video and graphic editors
• Creative approach, independence and generation of ideas
• Ability to use social network analytics and knowledge of Notion, Figma, Canva, Manychat, MS Office services
• Interest in carstopics (having a driver's license will be a plus)
