SMM in NOVAFORM

We are looking for a professional and creative SMM manager to join the team to represent our NC New Care, NC clima and NC energy climate technology brands on the Ukrainian market. 

What needs to be done?

• Maintain the brand’s social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, in the future Threads or TikTok);
• Create a Post/Carousel/Reels/Short video;
• Launch advertising, sweepstakes, activities to increase subscribers;
• Prepare 3-5 stories (according to the agreed content plan and current events);
• Promptly respond to comments (within competence);
• Create video scripts;
• Understand frame composition, color, style;
• Prepare monthly content plan;
• Prepare monthly analysis of subscriber activity, reach, engagement;
• Provide suggestions for improving content based on analytics.
