We are a FinTech/Web3 startup with a ready-made MVP and a team of top specialists. 
We are looking for an SMM specialist to build our social network ecosystem — from corporate pages to personal brands. You will be responsible for creating a content strategy, developing content plans, launching interactives and high-quality implementation of creative projects.
Your goal:
- manage the company's social networks;
- generate content and visuals that strengthen the brand;
build funnels in Telegram;
- increase conversion through well-thought-out content and creative submission. 400"/>We have no bureaucracy and "bosses over bosses": you work directly with the head of the department, offer ideas, influence key decisions and build the product without unnecessary frameworks. Requirements
Experience with Telegram bots and chat funnels (BotHelp, Manybot, SendPulse or similar).
Understanding the structure of marketing funnels and touch points.
Proficiency in content planning and analytics tools (Notion, Google Sheets, Combot, etc.) set tasks for designers.
- Copywriting skills, writing native and storytelling texts.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to measure the effectiveness of communications (ERR, conversions, retention).

Duties
- Telegram-funnel and auto-funnel settings (bots, chains, triggers, scripts)
- Connecting and integrating bots, working with services (BotHelp, Manybot, SendPulse, etc.)
- Development and management of the content plan for the company's Telegram channels and social networks (including personal brands)
- Creation and adaptation of content plans, generation of ideas for posts and visuals
- Working with banners and visual materials (in conjunction with a designer or independently in Canva / Figma)
- Analyzing metrics, improving conversions and retention
- Managing personal channels (expert accounts): content creation, storytelling, rubric, posting
- Interaction with designers, copywriters and contractors
