Ukraine's largest hotel chain "Optima Hotels and Resorts",, which provides high-level services in the field of hospitality, works according to the leading European standards of guest service, announces an open search for the vacancy "SMM specialist" to manage the social networks of the hotel "Optima Collection Podil Plaza"

Requirements:

• work experience in the field of SMM from the 1st year
• understanding of Fb, Instagram, Tik Tok algorithms,
• skills in developing and implementing SMM and content strategies
• ability to write interesting texts for the target audience
• ability to create and edit video content for (Reels, Stories, TikTok)
• knowledge and experience in Photoshop/Canva/Figma (in one of the graphic editors for creating creatives for social networks)
• responsibility, independence, creativity, sociability and the ability to work in a team

Main responsibilities:

• Maintenance of pages in social networks - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok (crosspost)
• Development of a content plan and its implementation. 
• Writing texts for social networks (posts, captions for Reels, Stories, scripts for videos).
• Creation of photo, video and graphic content (Reels, Stories, TikTok, posts, banners).
• Development of creatives for targeted advertising (static and video formats).
• Communication with the marketing team and timely execution deadlines.
• Monitoring trends and trends in social networks, adapting hotel content to current formats.
• Analysis of brands and competitors to find new ideas and approaches.
• Search and cooperation with bloggers / influencers for hotel promotions.
• Analysis of performance indicators (reach, engagement, growth of subscribers) and management reporting.
