Having the skills and experience to perform the following tasks:
- Consideration of loan applications and preliminary requests for lending as part of conducting a credit analysis of SME customers;
- Performing an analysis of the activities of potential SME customers with whom a credit operation is planned (their guarantors), determining the scheme (structure) of the credit operations;
- Analysis of the financial condition, stability and financial and economic activity of potential borrowers/groups of companies;
- Performing examination and structuring of credit projects and changes to credit projects;
- Analysis of the provided package of documents with the purpose of studying the loan project, determining the essence, structure and features of financing the project, its economic efficiency, consideration of other issues to determine the possibility of financing the project in accordance with the Bank's internal regulatory acts on lending issues;
- Participation together with client managers in meetings with clients when structuring a credit agreement;
- Consolidation of the conclusions of divisions and preparation for consideration by the relevant management bodies of the Bank of materials regarding the expediency of their lending decisions
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Full higher economic education;
- Experience in a bank for at least 3 years;
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework of the NBU on customer operations (opening and servicing of accounts, lending, etc.), internal bank regulations documents on operations with clients;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel);
- Ability to work in ABS B2.
