Sports club Smartass is looking for a franchise manager for the team. If you have a high level of self-organization, have experience in managing people and working on complex projects, then you and I are the perfect match!
What does the job consist of:
< ul>control the launch of franchise clubs;
organize the coordinated work of all Smartass divisions for the successful and timely launch of franchise clubs;
communicate with the franchisee in the context of the opening of the club, inform about the terms and stages;
initiate the selection and control of the training of future Smartass employees according to the agreed plan;
What skills should you have:
higher education;
work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
high level of organization;
high level of work capacity;
systematicity, responsibility, punctuality, diplomacy, empathy, initiative, focus on the result;
knowledge of project management tools;
knowledge of the English language.
