Requirements:

• Higher education.< /li>
• Experience in a similar position from 1 year.
• Sales skills (including conducting direct sales and "cold" calls).
• Knowledge of basic banking products and services.
• Qualified PC user (MS Office).

Key responsibilities:

• Active search and attraction of small business clients.
• Consulting of existing and potential small business clients.
• Counseling of colleagues — employees of other departments on work with small business clients.
• Conducting a financial and economic analysis of the client's activity and assessing its solvency.
• Preparation of the borrower's financial summary for the credit committee.
• Monitoring of the client's portfolio.
