Small and micro business analyst at the Center for Analytics and Research in Bank Pivdenniy

What needs to be done:

• Collection, processing and analysis large data sets on small and micro business clients, their use of banking products and services
• Building reports and dashboards regarding:
  • credit volumes
  • passive balances
  • forex operations
  • acquiring
• Preparation of regular and ad-hoc analytics for management and product teams
• Setting technical tasks for the automation of reporting (description of requirements, formulas, logic, data sources)
• Cooperation with IT, product teams, marketing
• Automation of management reporting in the direction of small and micro businesses
  • development and support of reporting on the performance of planned indicators
  • creation of business requirements for automation of reporting (+testing for correctness and completeness)
  • participation in projects with automation
  • work with external data sources
  • financial modeling, portfolio forecasting

This will require:

Education: higher in economics, finance, applied mathematics, statistics, business analytics
Experience: 2+ years of banking experience. Relevant experience in analytics or automation will be a plus
Professional skills:

• Microsoft Excel - at a high level (formulas, summary tables, graphs)
• Knowledge of the PowerQuery/PowerPivot add-on will be a plus
• Understanding banking products, services and their accounting models in the bank balance sheet
• Skills in setting technical tasks, BRD/FRD
• Ability to build financial models and forecast portfolio indicators will be a plus
• Experience with Oracle Analytics (Oracle BI) will be a plus
• Basic knowledge of SQL will be a plus

• Structural, analytical thinking
• Attention to details and responsibility
• Ability to work with different stakeholders (from IT to business)
• Ability to explain complex things in simple language
