Duties of the position: Coordination of work and support of branch employees in the process of selling products to SME customers; Development and support of tools to ensure the implementation of planned indicators for the sale of SME products; Organization and participation in conference calls on sales issues; Preparation of training materials and training for branch employees; Cooperation with other divisions of the bank in order to ensure the sale of SME products. What we expect: Experience working with SME clients (recruitment, lending, RKO) for at least 2 years; Experienced PC user.
