We are actively developing, expanding its presence in European countries and the United States. Currently, we would be happy to welcome a Client support Manager to our team.

Main tasks:

• Working with clients (education abroad)
• Acquaintance of clients with the entrance requirements of the educational institution
• Organization of submission of documents of clients for enrollment in educational institutions abroad
• Providing visa consultations taking into account the country of study of clients and organization
• Preparation of a visa package of documents
• Consulting clients on making the necessary payments for training institutions
• Providing advice on organizing clients' accommodation abroad
• Working with foreign partners (conducting business correspondence, telephone conversations)

Would be preferred:

• Level English from b1 minimum, preferably b2
• Experience of studying abroad or work experience in an international company from 1 year (fields - educational programs, tourist services)
• Experience of working with partners, clients from of other countries and visas will be a great advantage
• Format of work only offline

But if there is experience in working with clients and documents, we teach educational specifics of work!
