One of our clients is engaged in the production of equipment and radio-electronic devices that improve the effectiveness of combat operations. The company is constantly growing, developing and improving work processes. Now the department's admin department is expanding, so we are looking for a Clean Lead. Necessary skills: Experience in managing a business unit (cleaners); Ability to make quick decisions and the ability to quickly solve problem situations; Willingness to take responsibility and offer your ideas for improvements; Willingness to grow professionally and learn. What awaits you: Control and organization of the work of the economic unit (cleaners, janitor); Control of cleaning of all areas according to the developed standards of cleanliness; Ordering and distribution of household equipment and household goods, etc.; Interaction with the technical service; Control of schedules, rework of cleaners; Conducting interviews, selection of cleaners; Coordination tasks with PMs regarding requests for cleaning objects.
