The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.Responsibilities:Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions, including electrical, mechanical, and control components. Perform preventive maintenance tasks to extend the life of equipment and reduce the likelihood of system failures. Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement energy-saving initiatives. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including documenting services provided and parts used. Respond to emergency service calls promptly and efficiently. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices. Requirements:Proven experience as an HVAC Maintenance Technician. Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing various HVAC systems. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components. Familiarity with relevant safety standards and guidelines. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent. HVAC certification or relevant technical degree.
