Requirements:

• Experience in technical support of sites / web projects (will be an advantage)
• Understanding the principles of operation of sites, CMS, hosting

Responsibilities:

• Constant monitoring of site performance 24/7 (via notification system), out of turn response only critical incidents
• First line of technical support: prompt response to failures, errors, incidents
• Reception and processing of appeals from users and internal teams
• Basic diagnosis of problems (front, back, integrations, hosting)
• Resolution of simple problems
• Transfer of complex incidents to the 2nd line / development with a full description of the problem
• Service recovery control
• Fixing incidents in the system (Jira / Service Desk / other)
• Checking the correct operation of forms, payments, integrations, content

Basic knowledge:

• HTTP / HTTPS
• 4xx errors / 5xx
• work with a browser console
• Ability to respond quickly and work with incidents
• Competent written communication
• Responsibility and attention to details

Will be a plus:

• Experience with e-commerce sites
• Understanding CRM, payment systems, API
• Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, UptimeRobot, Pingdom, Sentry, etc.)

Work schedule:

from 09:00 to 20:00 (shift / full time)

Site monitoring - 24/7 (shifting, alerts, incident response)
