Technical Skills required:

• 2+ years (Junior level) and 5+ years (Mid level) of experience in the smiliar domain.
• Strong technical skills in Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Tomcat, Ngnix, DB2, MYSQL, Grafana, Prometheus.
• Experience working in production support environment.
• A growth mindset that is curious and passionate about technologies and enjoys challenging projects on a global scale
• Customer Service: Customer support on merchant escalated issues specific to applications (e.g. increased latency, transactional issues, features not working as encouraged, etc.)
• Language Expertise: Expertise in one or more general development languages (e.g., Java, Python)
• Support: Experience supporting modern services and web applications on Linux and or Windows environments.
• Constant drive to learn new technologies such as Dev-ops platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Test, Dev-ops, and Agile/Scrum teams
