As a site moderator / technical support specialist, you will ensure order in content and documentation, prepare materials for publication, edit them and coordinate information flows.

This position is for those who value attention to detail, discipline and responsibility, seek to develop technical skills and want to join an important cause without direct participation in combat processes.

Duties:

• Administration of the site content management system;
• preparation of cases for publication;
• editing existing content using CMS;
• maintenance and exchange of documentation using Microsoft Excel/Google sheets.
• communication with units regarding problems/remarks/wishes for system operation;
• technical support of the division reporting system.
• construction and adjustment of statistics according to the provided reporting.
• filling and updating the reference site.

Basic requirements:

• Attention to details and endurance in conditions of multitasking;
• punctuality, strict compliance with the conditions of the assigned task;
• quality control and approval of published material;
• conscientiousness and responsibility in work;
• understanding of the specifics of working with confidential information.

The presence of the following skills and knowledge will be considered an advantage:

• Experience with Joomla, Wordpress;
• basic knowledge of HTML;
• CSS mastery;
• basics of JS (Google Apps Script);
• advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Google spreadsheets (formulas, macros, conditional formatting);
• experience of working with large amounts of information.
