Key tasks in the position:

• Organization and management of the construction site (new construction and reconstruction of cinemas)
• Control of work performance according to company standards
• Participation in daily/weekly planners at the site, coordination of work with the project office
• Initiation of changes in technologies or construction organization, if it allows to reduce costs or speed up deadlines
• Control of logistics and ensuring uninterrupted supply of materials
• Control of compliance with the calendar plan, budgets, technological maps and project documentation
• Coordination of the work of contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, technical supervision
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety, safety and environmental standards
• Maintenance of construction documentation (work log, acts of completed work, reports)
• Organization of acceptance and accounting of materials, equipment and machinery
• Participation in solving technical and organizational problems at the site
• Communication with the customer, designers, control bodies
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports with photo fixation
• Risk management at the construction stage: identification of deviations and formation of action plans
• Preparation and handover of the object in the established terms

From you we expect:

• Higher technical education (construction, architecture, engineering) or management
• Experience of 3-5 years in the field of construction or reconstruction (as a manager or engineervarious positions
• Experience involved in the construction or renovation of movie theaters (preferred)
• Experience managing several contractors at the same time
• Basic knowledge of engineering systems (HVAC, electrical, water supply) to supervise neighbors
• Skills in conflict resolution and negotiating with subcontractors

Knowledge and skills:

• Practical knowledge of construction technologies and regulations (DBN, DSTU)
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / ArchiCAD (reading drawings, determining areas, printing)
• MS Excel / Google Sheets - confident mastery (supply schedules, cost control, reporting)
• Experience with construction documentation

Personal qualities:

• Leadership and the ability to organize a team
• Ability to work with various stakeholders: contractors, mall developers, technical supervision, regulatory bodies
• High organization and responsibility
