Hello! My name is Olya, I manage the Communications and Marketing Department at the Foundation. I have 15 years of experience in communications and media, I respect literary reporting, I have a golden retriever Boo, I love silence and I know that the reputation of organizations is created by people.

Now there are more than 10 specialists in the department, and we are looking for an administrator/editor who will be able to strengthen us and answer , in particular, for improving the experience of users of the website of the Come Back Alive Foundation.

As by July 2024, "Return Alive" collected more than 12 billion hryvnias to help the Defense Forces of Ukraine. And we are the most cited charity, and we don't plan to stop there.

In this position, I see a person who:

• Has 2 years of experience in a similar position;

• Has experience working with texts;

• Has leadership skills: ability to effectively organize interaction with the team and contractors, clearly set TOR, ensure compliance with deadlines;

• Speaks English from the Intermediate level and above (site is bilingual);

• Has basic knowledge of SEO;

• Able to determine, together with the team, which topics are better to use and which look of the site will be convenient for the user;

• Feels that her personal aspirations and values ​​are aligned withour mission and valuesPreference:

  • Service experience in the Armed Forces;

  • Experience with WordPress.

  What exactly will you do:

  • Improving the general look and content of the website;

  • Determining topics and formats for coverage on the site;

  • Interaction with the IT department, formation of technical specifications;

  • Cooperation with the content manager;

  • Tracking SEO indicators;

  • Editing everything that appears on the site: landing pages, news, other texts.
