Required work experience: 1-3 years • Full time lifecell is a Ukrainian digital operator that has been on the market for more than 15 years, providing real freedom of communication. lifecell is part of the Turkcell group of companies - an international provider of converged telecommunications and technology services, whose head office is located in Istanbul, Turkey. Functional responsibilities: Maintenance of websites, coordination of the "site owner - ASTELIT" work process for hosting websites and fulfilling the terms of contracts. Coordination of SA/SM of suppliers/contractors and negotiation of terms of relations with owners, local governments, government agencies. Formation of strategic communications with local authorities and owners on the placement of sites, preservation of long-term relations and conditions within the budget. Coordination of projects. Verification of the Company's benefit and legal conditions during the conclusion/renegotiation of lease agreements. Coordination and control of the owner's implementation of agreements during the installation/operation of the site. Interaction with OMO for co-location. Management of timely entry, verification and change of information in the VAXIMO database. Management of access to sites. Responsibility for the budget, budget analysis and control. Checking and adjusting the amount of rental payments. Verification and approval of additional SA/SM payments. Preparation of advanced analytical reports for company management, expert opinions and recommendations. Introducing proposals and changes (additions) to existing procedures and methods.
