Your tasks will be:

• organization of store operations
• fulfillment of the defined sales plan and other KPIs
• team building and motivation
• work with goods based on sales results and VM standards

• you have 1 year of experience in managing a team
• you must have experience in retail trade in an administrative position
• you can train others and achieve your goals
• you know VM standards
• you advanced computer user
• ready to travel for a training period
