we create a modern global digital product that helps people conveniently and freely manage their financial transactions around the world. The main goal is to provide a simple tool that is understandable to a wide audience, with an emphasis on mobility and international use.
In parallel, we are developing a branded animated character and launching a large-scale network of short video channels in different countries to introduce the product to a wide audience.
We are currently looking for a Short-Form Content Operations Manager - a person who can work with large volumes of content, find viral ideas, adapt them to our style, integrate a wide network of accounts.
This is not a classic SMM role and not just a video editor. We need a specialist who understands the speed, systematicity, trends and mechanics of the growth of short videos.
Responsibilities
Research trending and viral videos on TikTok/IG/Shorts in different countries and topics.
Adaptation of content to our brand: adding character, reactions, emotions, emotions CTA.
Testing new ideas, formats and trends at a fast pace.
Requirements
Experience with TikTok/Reels/Shorts and understanding of the natural mechanics of virality.
Confident command of tools editing of short videos.
Ability to work with large volumes of content.
Experience of managing several accounts or content streams.
Feeling trends and understanding why certain videos "shoot".
Attention, speed, pedantry.
Initiative and independence.
Will be a plus
Experience working with TikTok networks, content farms, UGC or CPA teams.
Understanding the cultural characteristics of different countries.
Experience in character and branded integration elements.
Basic English for finding trends.
