Responses to this job post using ChatGPT will be ignoredWe are looking to hire a Shopify developer for our Shopify agency.Responsibilities will primarily consist of Shopify theme development in liquid. Knowledge of Shopify's APIs will be essential as well. Experience with Shopify theme development with Javascript frameworks like Alpine.js and experience with Tailwind CSS is a plus.Role will start as an hourly role for the first couple weeks to month as a trial period. After that hourly trial period is complete, the role will transition to full time. It is expected that you have some overlap with USA working hours for communication, but you will be able to work on your own time as well.Development speed and clean code will be essential for this job. Due to the role being a full time monthly salary, you will be able to work your way into lots of free time. Often times, if you complete your tasks for the day and there are none remaining, you are free to take off work. The benefits to this role is that often times there will be less than 40 hours of weekly work.Deep knowledge of the Shopify app ecosystem, integrations, and Shopify site speed improvement will make you a stronger candidate.Please be ready to display a portfolio of Shopify theme development work as well as references.This role will be paid bi-weekly (twice a month) with generous salary.
