Shop manager on the Etsy platform in FMC

We offer unique, stylish products including clothing, accessories and other products that are made to order. Due to the expansion of our presence on Etsy, we are looking for an experienced manager for our store on this platform.

Responsibilities:

• Etsy store management: keeping the assortment up-to-date, product description , pricing.
• Ensuring a high level of customer service: answering inquiries, handling feedback, solving problems.
• Optimizing product cards to improve visibility and conversions.
• Development and implementation of promotion strategies on Etsy, including the use of paid advertising and promotions.
• Monitoring and analysis of sales, preparation of reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Competitor and market research to identify new opportunities and trends .
• Maintaining and improving the store rating on Etsy.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience managing an Etsy store.
• Knowledge of features of the Etsy platform, including SEO, advertising, and promotion algorithms.
• Experience working with clients and problem solving.
• Excellent copywriting skills and creating descriptions of products that sell.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on statistics.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in multitasking mode.
• Knowledge of the English language and Photoshop skills will be an advantage.
