We invite the Master of Change to the team

Main duties:

• Organization and control of production processes in the workshop
• Description of technological processes and writing of work standards for production workers
• Compilation of technological maps
• Support of quality and food safety management systems and integration of these systems based on the principles of HACCP
• Distribution of workshop personnel to departments, assignment of production tasks to shifts
• Calculation and issuance of working recipes depending on the plan and composition of raw materials
• Identifying deviations from the technological process and informing shop managers
• Introduction into the production program of product production, volumes of returnable waste
• Conducting the write-off of raw materials and auxiliary materials
• Introduction into the production program of an application for receiving raw materials
• Conducting briefings on labor protection and technological processes
• Control of the implementation of sanitary standards by shop employees and the sanitary condition of premises, equipment
• Accounting of working hours of shop employees, accounting and keeping of work logs.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Full higher education (in the relevant field of training)
• Work experience of at least 2 years in managerial positions
• Experience in food or pharmaceutical industry enterprises will be an advantage
• Knowledge of HACCP standard requirements and technological processes
• High organizational skills and responsibility
• Willingness to work in a flexible work schedule.
