Shift manager (production of food flavorings) in Staffman LLC

Our client - a modern Ukrainian production of food flavorings - is expanding its team and is looking for a specialist who is ready to take responsibility for the stable operation of production lines.
The company is growing rapidly, introducing new technologies and valuing people who know how to organize processes and a team.

Main tasks:

• Planning and organizing the work of production lines and kneading.

• Operational management of lines: control of processes, compliance with technologies.

• Implementation of the production plan and product quality control.

• Formation of requests for raw materials, control of movement and residues.

• Organization of the work of the shift team and support disciplines.

Requirements:

• Experience in production for at least 1 year (food or pharmaceutical - will be an advantage).

• Understanding technological processes and the basics of quality control.

• Ability to organize team work and plan workload.

• Work with documentation, checklists, production journals.

• Attention, responsibility, ability to quickly respond to changes.
