Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of food technology or equivalent;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of 1C;
• Ability to manage a large team of employees;
• Responsibility, organizational skills and the ability to make effective management decisions;
• Knowledge of technical shop equipment and the ability to use it effectively;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of the production process in the confectionery workshop;
• Planning and coordination of the work of workshop employees;
• Ensuring high production quality and compliance with technical requirements standards;
• Control over the use of raw materials and materials;
• Solving current problems and conflicts in the production process;
• Introducing new technologies and increasing production efficiency.
