Requirements:

• Education: incomplete higher, higher (relevant direction);
• Willingness for a variable work schedule;
• A confident PC user, knowledge of Excel, 1C;
• Experience in a similar position in production will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Organization of production preparation, control of product quality at all stages of production, control of compliance with technological processes;
• Control of the operation of equipment;
• Timely response to critical situations and find solutions for their elimination or correction;
• Issuance of variable tasks to shop employees;
• Training of personnel, control of production discipline;
• Analyze and plan the need for human resources to fulfill the set goals and tasks, make their effective use.
