Requirements: - professional knowledge of SharePoint systems and Office 365 configuration from 3 years of commercial interaction (administration in terms of migrations from 2013 to 2019 versions, accompanying integrations with third-party services and software); - experience in the field of technical support at least 3 years, working with customer requests, understanding problems and forming profile solutions (according to individual business requests); - knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) at the level of an administrator, a good level of knowledge of network technologies, databases; - solid technical knowledge and a clear understanding of working principles of the IT infrastructure of large companies (the candidate must have the ability to interact with users, understand their needs and solve technical problems); - in-depth knowledge of analyzing problems and solving them at different levels of complexity, analyzing logs and using monitoring tools (the candidate must be able to analyze problems , establish their causes and solve them in order to ensure the highest quality of service to users);- a high level of stress tolerance, since working with users and solving problems can be quite stressful (the ability to work effectively in stressful situations and provide high quality of service regardless of , how difficult the situation is);- good written and verbal communication, the ability to work in a team, since there will be interaction with different departments of the company and customers. Duties:- receiving initial applications from users, if necessary, description within the TOR and profile configuration forms (problems, solutions and proposed work tools for processing business requests); - setting up third-party integrations with accompanying systems (active cooperation with the development team and BA), migration of individual modules from SharePoint 2010 to 2019; - creation of a portal based on SharePoint Server 2016 (implementation of different types of access for users, libraries and modular solutions, within the framework of teamwork); - setting up the automation of the processing of protocols, notifications to system participants (implementation of the possibility of turning off periodic reminders for certain users, documents).
