Setting Manager in Paymentop

As we move ahead with our ambitious plans, we’re seeking a dedicated Setting Manager to oversee and refine our payment and project settings. This role is central to our vision, ensuring our systems are optimally configured to meet the evolving needs of the market and our clients.

Your role and impact:
As a Setting Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving Paymentop’s operational foundation. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our payment solutions, influencing the satisfaction and trust of our users. You will work closely with the IT team to innovate and improve our systems, contributing to the development of the product.

Key responsibilities:
— Setting up payment methods and projects (enabling/disabling, adjusting commissions, setting geographical boundaries, and defining limits).
— Creating and changing payment routings.
— Ensuring that the new settings are correctly written to the database.
— Monitoring current projects regarding changes.
— Monitoring transactions to verify the correctness of system settings.
— Constructing and restructuring of the system, routings, commissions, automation rules, and other conditions.
— Verifying and controlling the work and compliance with these rules, monitoring of transactions and testing of system functionality.
— Preparing reports.
— Participating in the development of new system functionality and releases, joint cooperation with the IT team.

Requirements & skills:
— Higher education (preferably technical and/or economic).
— Experience in payment systems and fintech companies as an analyst or technical support specialist.
— Stress resistance, attentiveness, analytical thinking, and responsible approach to work.
— Ability to work with large data analytics.
— Experience with Google Docs and Excel spreadsheets.
— Pre-intermediate English or higher.
