Essential Skills:

• ServiceNow Development: Proficient in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript), form and workflow configuration, business rules, client scripts, custom apps, and UI policies.
  
• Module Expertise: Strong experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Operational Resilience (Op Res) modules.
  
• Customization and Integration: Ability to implement complex ServiceNow customizations and integrations to meet DORA and operational resilience requirements.
  
• Data Management: Experience with ServiceNow's data model and effective data manipulation within the platform.
  
• Web Services: Proficiency in using ServiceNow's REST and SOAP web services for integrations.
  
• Update Sets: Skilled in using update sets for moving configurations between ServiceNow instances.

Preferred Skills:

• DORA Knowledge: Understanding of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and its application within ServiceNow development.
  
• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
  
• Additional Modules: Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Security Operations (SecOps), or Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
  
• Front-End Technologies: Experience with modern front-end technologies (e.g., AngularJS, Bootstrap) within ServiceNow.
