ServiceNow Functional Consultant in AVENGA

• Expertise in ServiceNow development and implementation, especially in the CSM area
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, capabilities, and modules
• Strong experience in business analysis within CSM frameworks
• Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is a plus
