ServiceNow Developer (GRC) in Link Group

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), specifically in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). The successful candidate will play a critical role in the technical configuration and implementation of TPRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This position requires hands-on experience in configuring workflows, risk assessments, and integrating third-party systems to ensure robust risk management processes.

• Extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on GRC and TPRM modules.
• Strong background in configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and other technical components in ServiceNow.
• Proven experience in designing and managing custom risk assessments and configuring workflows for risk scoring and issue management.
• Proficiency in building and managing reporting and analytics dashboards within the ServiceNow platform.
• Solid understanding of integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems via REST APIs.
• Experience with user role management, access control, and permissions configuration in ServiceNow.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in implementing TPRM solutions in large organizations.
• Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules related to GRC, such as Security Operations (SecOps) or IT Service Management (ITSM).
• ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Familiarity with procurement systems like SAP Ariba and other third-party risk assessment tools.
