• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of English at a minimum level. B2.
• Knowledge of the Polish language at least C1.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSDM/CMDB, ITOM and Discovery.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a local and/or hybrid team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
• Knowledge of Portuguese and/or Slovak is desirable.
