We are looking for a Service Specialist of support!

What should be done?

  • registration and processing of requests from service stations and office users;
  • installation, configuration and support of workstation software;
  • administration of network and domain user accounts, support of desktop applications;
  • diagnosis and elimination of technical malfunctions, determination of the root causes of problems and decision-making on their elimination;
  • support of user requests until they are closed or transfer of requests to a second support line in cases that require in-depth analysis;
  • interaction with other IT units;
  • updating the corporate knowledge base in accordance with changes in software and company policies;
  • installation, configuration and maintenance of workstation equipment and peripheral devices (checking, repair, replacement);

What do we expect?

  • experience with ServiceDesk systems;
  • knowledge and practical experience with MS Windows 10,11, MS Office, Azure;
  • basic administration of MS Window servers;
  • basic administration of Linux-type systems;
  • configuring workstation hardware;
  • configuring peripherals;
  • knowledge of PowerShell and Windows GPO policies;
