We are looking for a responsible and communicative specialist for the position of Gas station technical support line operator. You will become the first line of help for cashiers, ensuring smooth operation of equipment and high-quality customer service.

What you will have to do:

• Consultation on the operation of cash registers (start-up, failures, errors)
• Primary diagnosis of problems (1 line)
• Escalation of complex cases to higher lines
• Assistance with opening/closing a shift, sales, returns
• Working with discounts and loyalty cards
• Adjusting checks
• Supporting cashiers in difficult situations
• Preventing conflicts
• Maintaining a database of typical requests
• Creating instructions and checklists Our ideal candidate:
• Experience in technical support (1 line/Service Desk) - from 1 year
• Knowledge of cash register systems or retail software
• Understanding cash discipline
• Stress resistance, attentiveness, logical thinking
• Ability to explain simply Advantage: experience in gas stations, retail, QSR/HoReCa, banking call centers
