We invite a Service Quality Control Specialist to join our team. We expect from you: Experience working with video surveillance systems is desirable, but not necessary. Observation and attentiveness, Ability to pay attention, Confident user of the Microsoft Office package (especially Microsoft Excel), Confident user of Google Sheets, Working with service standards will be a plus. What tasks you will be faced with: Monitoring of the video surveillance system in real time, Viewing and analysis of archived video, Monitoring and evaluating the work of employees of the company's service standards, Reporting and timely submission of reports to the management, Detection of violations, including regarding the observance of cleanliness and order in the retail outlet .Fixing violations of the work regime, cash discipline, internal labor regulations.
