Service operator (preferably a veteran) in Tehno+

Working in an office in Podol.  A hybrid form of employmentis possible after the probationary period and full onboarding. Hours may vary and may change. We will learn everything ourselves, we only need time, persistence and the desire to help.

About the position

We are looking for a person to join the technical support team and process incoming requests fromusersand accompany them in solving technical issues that arise during operation products.

Responsibilities

• Support of new users of products who after passing training still have a certain a list of entry-level questions;

• User consultation (correspondence in various messengers, calls)

• Educational and training trips to the landfill for the purpose of developing and deepening knowledge and skills in using products, mastering innovations

• The ability to independently master and process technical documentation

Will be a plus: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Experience with drones. A general understanding of the components of the tools

• Experience with Mission Planner

• Experience in programming

• Technical background related to radio electronics

• General understanding of radio reception/transmission

• Experience in product repair and soldering

• Psychological and/or technical education is a big plus
