Job Description:Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to integrate with CRM systems.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for CRM integration.Customize ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs.Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.Ensure the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform during and after integration.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow and CRM integration.Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and other team members.Create and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow integration projects.Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and features.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on CRM integration.Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and applications.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.Experience with REST/SOAP web services and APIs.Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.Experience with Agile development methodologies.Knowledge of ITIL processes and practices.
