Requirements:

  • Ensuring the full life cycle of the emergence of an internal resource in the ecosystem, its maintenance and utilization.
  • Ability to work with documentation (contracts, invoices, etc.).
  • Ensure service provision of tools and services to consumers under the agreed SLA.
  • Filling and maintaining an up-to-date catalog of services and software licenses, monitoring their status.
  • Experience in team management.

Will be plus:

Understanding the specifics of the services: JetBrains, Microsoft, Google WorkSpace, Slack, Adobe, Miro, Sigma, OpenAI and others.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, adapt and support processes for registration, support and liquidation of services and software licenses.
  • Team management, distribution of tasks and control over their implementation in accordance with the adopted SLA.
  • Filling the service catalog with details,
  • Maintaining up-to-date information on all services.
  • Tracking the status of services, their licenses, prolongation, adjustments by the number of users.
  • Processing requests for registration or deployment of new services.
  • Communication with the customer, collecting and clarifying the details of the technical task.
  • Checking the service by type and intended purpose for duplicates.
  • Communication with a potential supplier or reseller.
  • Collection and analysis of commercial proposals.
  • Determining the supplier or vendor based on the requirements from the customer, pricing, service verification results in accordance with company policies.
  • Agreeing details with financiers on the payment method, determining which of our companies to register the tool for.
  • Escalating tasks to teams of lawyers and financiers.
  • Infrastructure classification of services.
