Service manager for supporting credit products and processes in Sense Bank

We are looking person, who will be:

· Interact with the business-customer and related divisions, with quality issues/work improvement systems/processes;

· Work with partners, suppliers/vendors, on processes and integrations with partners ;

· Control the quality of services: evaluation and installation IT-metrics, control maintenance and incident resolution, t .h. timely notification of the customer and everyone of the involved units on the impact of the incident on the client, providing a solution and fully closing the case;

· Analyze, register and localize errors, what arise, control performing maintenance and resolving incidents;

· Consultative support of Bank employees regarding the operation of services and systems, within their responsibility;

· Interact with project managers and project teams on issues, related to the quality of IT services ="en-US">;

· Service documentation management;

· Analyze and systematize processes, make informed and operational decisions in non-standard situations

You suitable, if you:

· higher education;

· understanding of the basic principles of implementation of banking business-processes and their creation by IT-architecture;

· the ability to work in multitasking mode, set tasks , to control their implementation;

· knowledge of software development stages (scrum approach to organizing the software development process).

• understanding is supported by practical skills in the use of modern toolkit CamundaBPM

• basic knowledge of DBMS (Oracle, PostrgeSQL);

• understanding Client-server and Microservices architecture;

• basic knowledge of SOAP and REST, XML /span>and JSON, Groovy (or Java), SQL
