We are looking for an enterprising and motivated Service Manager to join our team. The Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring a high quality of service to the department's service processes and effectively managing all aspects of incident resolution.

and prompt resolution of incidents;
  • analyze and manage incidents, monitor the quality of services, evaluate IT metrics;
  • collaborate with partners/vendors on processes and integrations;
  • write service documentation and user instructions;
  • advise users on the operation of services and processes;
  • install updates to the production environment.
  • You are suitable if you have:

    • higher education;
    • understanding the principles of banking business processes and IT architecture;
    • high communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders;
    • the ability to work in conditions of a large volume of work and under pressure;
    • analytical abilities and the ability to make strategic decisions;
    • knowledge of software development stages (Scrum);
    • practical skills with CamundaBPM, JIRA, Confluence, Kibana;
    • basic knowledge of Oracle and PostrgeSQL;
    • understanding of Client-server and Microservices architectures;
    • knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, Groovy (or Java), SQL;
    • desire to learn and develop in the IT field.
