In connection with the expansion of the department, we invite a Service Manager to join our team. Main tasks: Organization of equipment reception and initial diagnostics; Optimization costs for repair of equipment; Control of the timing of repairs of digital equipment; Keeping records of TMC, carrying out inventory; Communicating with customers regarding the timing and results of repairs; Reporting in ERP; Sticking protective films on gadgets. Basic requirements: Completed higher education; Experience in service an electronics center or store will be an advantage; Confident use of a PC, knowledge of Excel, Word and basic knowledge of 1C, ERP; Knowledge of modern digital technology repair technologies will be an advantage; The ability to stick protective films on gadgets will be an additional advantage.
