We are looking for a person who will: interact with the business customer and related departments, on issues of quality/improvement of systems/processes; work with partners, suppliers/vendors, on issues of processes and integrations with partners; control the quality of services: assessment and installation IT metrics, control of service performance and incident resolution, including timely notification of the customer and all involved departments about the impact of the incident on the customer, providing a solution and fully closing the case; analyze, register and localize errors that occur, monitor the performance of service and eliminate incidents; consultative support of the Bank's employees regarding the operation of services and systems, within its limits responsibility; interact with project managers and project teams on issues related to the quality of IT services; service documentation management; analyze and systematize processes, make weighted and operational decisions in non-standard situations. You are suitable if you have: higher education; understanding of the basic principles of implementation bank business processes and the creation of their IT architecture; the ability to work in multitasking mode, set tasks, monitor their execution; knowledge of the stages of software development (scrum approach to the organization of the software development process).
