Job content: Technical operation, round-the-clock monitoring of the condition and performance of cooling systems (cooling, air conditioning, ventilation). Control of service regulations. Control of the work of contracted service organizations. Participation in troubleshooting and repair work on equipment and systems. Analysis of the causes of malfunctions. Participation in the development of schedules and implementation of preventive measures. Collection of information for issuing invoices for the payment of consumables. Requirements: Higher or secondary technical education. Work experience: from 2 years on similar positions. Professional competences: Knowledge of regulatory, methodical and other materials on installation, commissioning and maintenance of cooling systems with the "chiller-fan coil" topology. Organization of service and skills in working with refrigeration equipment (chiller). Organization and performance of maintenance and skills in working with the equipment of pumping stations, heat exchangers, shut-off valves for industrial facilities. Organization of service and skills in working with the equipment of heating and ventilation systems. Organization and performance of maintenance, installation and repair of air conditioners.
