Service engineer (electronics, mechanics, field trips, MilTech) in Sherlock, recruitment agency

We are looking for a Service Engineer for our client, a powerful Ukrainian MilTech company.

A full-cycle R&D and in-house production company that creates high-tech robotic solutions that are already working today for victory.

Due to team expansion, we are looking for a Service Engineer who will be responsible for configuration, technical support and equipment maintenance.

Main duties:

• Conducting training for combat units on the operation of the equipment

• Setting, diagnostics and basic repairs during trips (including work at a height of 20-25 m - insurance and equipment provided)

• Verification of hardware integration with other systems

• Online user support and resolution of technical inquiries

• Deepening of knowledge in mechanics, electronics and software interfaces

Required skills and competencies:

• Experience in diagnosing and repairing electronic equipment.

• Knowledge of Linux or willingness to learn it quickly.

• Willingness to dive deeply into company product and processes.

• Analytical thinking to quickly diagnose faults.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

• Developed communication skills for effective interaction with users.
