Your function: to provide advice to clients when putting the company's products into operation; to receive and record client requests regarding technical issues of related to the operation of MSG Equipment; identify causes of equipment malfunctions and assist customers in their elimination; to determine whether appeals belong to warranty cases; deal with the determination of the necessary components to eliminate the malfunction and prepare them for sending to the client; improve your knowledge and qualifications. What we expect from you: higher technical education (preferably in the field of electronics or radio electronics); knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level or higher; knowledge of electronics (digital, analog, power), circuit engineering, elementary base; ability to read electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic circuits; use a PC at a high level; work experience relevant to the position will be an advantage.
